Location: Oxfordshire, West Midlands
Our client has been established for over 30 years and has built up a enviable reputation for producing excellent designs and completing on projects within agreed deadlines. They have a portfolio of projects covering Commercial, Residential, Offices and Retail. A professional approach is always maintained in their dealings with clients contractors and other parties. A personal contact between client and partner is considered vital on all projects from preliminary design stages through to completion.
The client is seeking a talented, confident and hard working pt 3 qualified Architect, who has the experience to take a client brief and turn this into a workable solution. Your role will entail taking a lead role in the management and delivery of a diverse range of projects.
You will need to have a broad range of experience, keen to assist with the development of the company, have the skills to manage staff and also work as part of a team. You will be technically strong, with a good understanding of construction/building regulations.
This opportunity offers a great starting salary with the chance for fast track career progression to a more senior level.
