Our client was established over 100 years ago and has a tradition for attention to detail and pragmatism with an artistic input, which has been carried through by several generations of partners and continues to this day. Due to an exceptional period^of growth, the client now requires 2 Associate Directors to come in and manage projects and teams. The projects you will run cover Retail, Education, Leisure, Residential, Offices and industrial developments ranging in value from £500k to over £10m.^
As a Associate Director or Senior Architect you must be competent with managing multiple projects to a profitable conclusion including the supervision of project staff and will actively partake in promoting the business. You will need to be an Associate Director or Senior Architect currently in a position of authority and be RIBA/ARB registered, with a minimum of 5 years PQE, with a demonstrable track record of delivering projects within agreed timescales and budgets. You must be able to communicate effectively both written and verbally to members of your team and clients. As you will be leading the team you must show commitment and dedication at all times and provide clear and precise instructions to fellow colleagues.
