This client is a medium sized architectural practice looking for a Project Architect central Manchester office. They are looking to expand due to an ever increasing workload.
A Project Architect is required to work for our client on our City Centrescheme; currently at Stage D, detailed planning and moving quickly to Stage E, detailed design. This is a large mixed-use scheme (£100m) which has been broken down into smaller building blocks each requiring its own Architect plus support team.
Thedevelopment is an exciting mix of retail, leisure and residential accommodation- the latter including an 18 storey tower block. There are opportunities available to whoever comes in, to assert a key influence on the design and take a leading architectural role within the overall team.
The successful Project Architect will receive an excellent salary with professional subscriptions paid for by the company.
