Our client was founded in 1997 from the merger of two locally well established Nottingham Architectural practices. An excellent fit of people, skills and sectors, which gave the company the critical mass to be able to undertake many sizeable projects^in which the company is experienced in. Since the merger the company has won numerous Architectural awards and hopes to continue this in 2008. The company's Architectural portfolio covers conservation, education, healthcare, industrial, hotels, masterplanning, offices, public buildings, residential, retail and transport.
The client has a £20m primary care project that needs an experienced Architect to manage it. You will liaise with the client, contractors and ensure the project is delivered^in the agreed specified timeframe. As an already experienced Architect, you don't necessarily have to have Healthcare experience, but project management of large Architectural projects is a must.
The ideal Architect for our client will have a minimum of 5 years experience, with a demonstrable knowledge of project management, you will also need to be AutoCAD literate and have the confidence to run a team and delegate the workload accordingly.
