Our client, an Architectural private practice based in London has a strong track record in a number of building types ranging from civic to commercial buildings. The team has been responsible for several innovative low energy consumption schemes andhas also designed the first PPP style regeneration scheme for a rundown city centre estate.
The client is looking for a fully qualified Project Architects (RIBA Part 3 / ARB registered) with 5 years experience and ability to lead teams of 3-5 people. You will predominately work on Residential and masterplan projects, and your role will encompass scheme design, client liaison, seeing the project through from inception to completion and delegating work to you team members.
The clients office is medium sized, 27 staff at present and has an excellent social atmosphere with a study trip planned for Emsher Valley in Germany plus lots of evenings out to exhibitions, lectures, theatre, cinema etc. Other benefits include child care vouchersand our office is very cycle friendly (secure bike parking and showers available and bike fund after 18months of service). The client is able to offer an excellent starting salary, which will be reviewed on an annual basis.
