Responsibility: The Head of Architecture will manage the development and growth of the firm’s architecture department, having specific overall management responsibility for all operational matters within the architectural department and for^providing technical and design leadership to all architectural and design disciplines.
Preference will be given to qualified candidates who can demonstrate experience in the following:

• Demonstrated ability to provide leadership and to supervise and mentor staff.

• Planning and managing projects through all phases of the project ‘life span’

• Developing and maintaining professional and meaningful Client relationships.
• Managing the technical direction of the department, ensuringthe timely and cost effective delivery of quality projects.

• Experienced in the design and production of large complex commercial projects.
• Demonstrates excellent communications and time management skills. Qualification: Bachelors Degree in Architecture and membership of AIA or RIBA. Masters Degree in Architecture would be preferred
Experience: Prior experience in the Gulf Region would be advantageous.
