Requirements: Under the direction of a design principal architect, independently evaluates, selects, and applies standard architectural techniques, procedures and criteria, using judgment in making minor adaptations and modifications
Receives instruction on objectives, points of emphasis, references and possible solutions
Uses judgment and ingenuity in making minor adaptations and modifications.
Makes routine decisions governed by established project standards or projectinstructions
May provide guidance to other designers, drafters, and architects.
Consistently estimates accurate completion time of own assignments and effectively coordinates with project team and across disciplines
Regularly demonstrates theability to communicate effectively with other team members Key Duties: Architectural degree from recognized university
5+ years professional design experience
Requires strong technical/production experience
AutoCAD proficient
Excellent^English - written & verbal
