Requirements: • Degree in Architecture
• Licensed architect preferred
• 10 to 15 years of experience specifically in building design through construction documents
• Excellent English - written and verbal
• Focus on commercial and institutional projects to US$200 million
• Familiar with high-rise commercial towers Key Duties: • Managing and leading technical work
• Capable of defining a project scope
• Familiarity and experience with estimating work
• Proposal preparation andpresentations
• Working with clients on technical issues
