Responsibilities & duties: • Under the direction of a design principal architect, independently evaluates, selects, and applies standard architectural techniques, procedures and criteria, using judgment in making minor adaptations and modifications
• Receives instruction on objectives, points of emphasis, references and possible solutions
• Uses judgment and ingenuity in making minor adaptations and modifications.
• Makes routine decisions governed by established project standards^or project instructions
• May provide guidance to other designers, drafters, and architects.
• Consistently estimates accurate completion time of own assignments and effectively coordinates with project team and across disciplines
• Regularly demonstrates the ability to communicate effectively with other team members Qualification: • Degree in Architecture
• 5+ years professional design experience
• Requires strong technical/production experience Skills: • Auto CAD proficient
• Excellent^English - written & verbal
