Responsibility: The Design Review Architect will be responsible for ensuring architectural quality through conducting technical design reviews on document contents and design specifications.
Preference will be given to qualified candidates who can demonstrate experience in the following:
• Reviewing documents in all phases for design intent, including use of materials and master plan intent.
• Analysing building, zoning codes and design and applying to reviewed designs.
•Coordinating with design consultants and internal colleagues with regards to any design changes.
• Understanding architectural quality and design document content and specifications in order to produce detailed design review reports.
• Working^within a multi-disciplinary environment and sharing and coordinating work in order to meet required goals. Qualification: B.Arch Degree in Architecture. Membership of a professional Architectural Association such as RIBA and AIA is preferred. Previous experience gained within a Consultancy environment would be beneficial. Experience: Prior experience in the Gulf Region would be advantageous.
