Our client a private Architectural + Design consultancy who since being established in 2000 have organically grown year on year and they are still winning new projects and expanding. The companies portfolio covers Private and Social Housing, Education, Retail, Commercial and Conservation.
Our client is currently seeking an Architectural Technician to join their current team to work on the above Architectural projects producing working drawings, detailing, planning app's, and other various duties as required.
As an Architectural Technician you will need a min of 5 years PQE and be able to work on your own and as part of a team. It is essential for this position that you have a working knowledge of Vectorworks on a MAC computer. You must also be able to demonstrate a very good understanding of construction and building techniques aswell having a good understanding of UK building regs.
