Our client was established in 1997 to provide Architecture, Landscape Architecture and Regeneration to community based projects. The client has two offices in the UK, and is able to provide their Architectural expertise to Healthcare, Education, Residential, Offices, Conservation and Religious projects.
Our client is looking for a qualified Architect, with experience of managing projects and a team of staff. An Architect, who has the confidence to meet with clients, and bid for new projects along with the ability to network for new clients.
Your role and duties as an Architect will encompass concept designs, presentations, advising clients on the best approach for their project, managing projects from initial conception through to completion, leading and mentoring a team including Architectural Assistants and Technicians, ensuring the smooth delivery of the project that will enhance the profitability for the practices continuing development.
To be considered for this role you^must be ARB/RIBA qualified and be able to demonstrate the above skills with fluidity and professionalism. As you will be part of the senior team, an understanding of the financial aspects of projects is essential, and is also very important that you^have an open and friendly personality.
The position offers a start at Associate level with an excellent starting salary with an excellent opportunity to progress your career over time to become a Partner in the business.
