Our clients portfolio currently covers Architectural projects in the following fields; Education, Corporate, Retail, Commercial, Offices, Government, Industrial, Leisure, Masterplanning, and Mixed-use. The continued success in these sectors has created an opening for a Associate level Architect.
The client is looking for an Pt 3 qualified Architect with exceptional design and presentation skills. Someone who has the confidence to stand up and sell the companies Architectural expertise to a broad range of clients and investors. The position offers someone the chance to really run free and create some exhilarating designs, without any constraints.
The role will encompass front end design, producing conceptual designs for differing projects, freehand sketching, undertaking presentations, meeting clients and working as part of a team to ensure the continued success of the^company.
As a qualified Architect, you will need to be able to demonstrate your design capabilities through examples of your work and also projects that have gone on to be built. It is essential that you have experience of working on different projects, with the ability to use your Architectural design skill and switch from one project to another with consummate ease. You must be an approachable friendly person as you will be working in a team environment.
