Our client is a long established architectural practice with its origins in the gradual amalgamation of several architectural practices over many years combining a wide range of experience, skills and knowledge. The company has offices throughout the^UK together with an office in Dubai.
Each office is managed locally to ensure a close and personal service to our clients and all their offices are equipped with up to date computer aided design technology combined with other software packages enabling expertise in any location to be readily available so that resource allocation and specialised knowledge is consistently available.
Our client is committed to providing a Architectural service which meets or exceeds our Client's expectations, on time and within budget.
Due to an expanding workload our client would like to arrange interviews with Senior level Architects, who feel that they have the potential to eventually become a Director of the company.
The job role will include meeting clients to discuss their requirements, managing projects from initial concept design all the way through to handover, and you will be expected to be able to lead a team of Architectural Assistants and Architectural Technicians, and be able to delegate work effectively, mentor less experienced members of your team and motivate and lead from the front.
To be considered for this position you must be a Pt 3 chartered Architect, already working in a similar capacity to what this role demands^You will ideally have a close working relationship with your clients, ideally in the Dorset area, which could possibly turn into new business in the future. You will need a thorough understanding of design and construction in Education, Commercial,Health and Community led projects, coupled with a thorough understanding of CAD.
Our client is ideally looking for an Architect with drive, motivation, someone who is approachable, but understands the commercial decisions that are needed to be made^in today's very difficult times.
