Our client has over five decades of working within Architectural Design, Engineering and Project Management, and in this time has experienced growth year on year. Our client has a growing reputation within the custodial sector. They are increasinglyapplying the learning gained from working in top security establishments and adapting it to suit the particular needs of the police, fire and rescue services.
It due to this increasing architectural expertise that our client has a requirement foran^experienced Pt 3 qualified architect to work on House block prison projects.
The role will be at Principal / Senior Architect level and you will be managing HM Prison Houseblock Projects from initial design, right through to managing projects onsite. You will be working within a talented custodial team and liaising closely with the Associate Director and Director of Architecture.
As a Pt 3 qualified Architect you must be able to demonstrate experience of working on HM Prison projectswith a framework agreement. You will must be able to demonstrate Design leadership coupled with experience of running medium to large sized projects on site.
Your personal attributes will include excellent written and verbal skills, self motivation,and leadership qualities. As part of your duties you will be mentoring less experienced members of your team.
