Our client is a Private Architectural practice based in the heart of the Dorset countryside. Established in 1984 the client is a medium sized design led, award winning Architectural firm. The company is able to offer innovative or traditional architectural planning, conservation, sustainable building and landscape design services.
Our client currently has a requirement for a qualified Architect to manage some residential projects which they have recently won. Your role will be Project Architect, and you will be in charge of the projects from initial conception.
Our client is looking for an experienced Project Architect who is able to demonstrate a thorough knowledge of Residential developments from cutting edge contemporary designs, to traditional build one off houses.
As an Architect you must be Pt 3 qualified, with competent design and CAD skills, and able to work as part of a team. Your CAD skills must incorporate AutoCAD and Sketch-up.
Our client is looking to take someone on contract, to begin with and if all works out, then a permanent placement can be offered.
