Our client is an award winning Architectural practice based in Manchester. The client has offices spread across the UK and has a portfolio covering Architectural projects within the following sectors; Residential, Healthcare, Leisure, Conservation, Urban Design, Master planning, Education, Commercial, and Retail.
Due to the clients due diligence and hard work, the company is seeing expected growth in the current economic climate and would like to appoint a Project Architect to augment the continued development of the practice.
Our client is searching for a qualified Architect, currently working as a Project Architect, leading projects to completion and hand over on site. The role will involve managing Commercial projects to the valueof £10m, and ensuring that the project team is delegated to effectively, guaranteeing the project is delivered on time and within budget.
As a qualified Architect, it is essential that you are able to demonstrate an ability to manage commercial projects on site and that you are a capable and effective team manager. You should be able to communicate to clients, site staff, and your team on a professional yet approachable level.
