Our client is a chartered Architectural practice and for over 3 decades they have strived to consistently deliver highly creative. Sustainable and economically sound solutions to a range of commissions receiving national and regional awards. The client has two offices and nearly close to 50 staff.
The client has recently won some new commissions and is seeking an Project Architect to compliment the team, and manage these projects through to completion. The role will encompass front end design, client liaison, managing a team of staff, delegating work to team members, and delivering the project on time and within budget.
As a Pt 3 qualified Architect, you will be able to demonstrate a successful track record of managing a diverse range of projects covering Community, Learning, Work place, and Living. It is essential that you are comfortable with managing a team and being able to delegate effectively, whilst also mentoring junior members. You will need to be CAD proficient as this^would be a very hands on role.
