Our client has for over twenty five years been providing innovative, economical, and commercially viable Architecture, Interior Design and Project management solutions to a diverse range of private and corporate investors. Over 95% of the clients business comes from repeat commissions and recommendations from very satisfied clients. The clients current portfolio of work covers Commercial, Leisure and Residential projects.
As part of my clients succession planning, they are looking to recruita^Director / Share holding level Architect who is able to bring some new clients into the practice. An Architect who has a very in-depth experience of projects in the Social housing, or Healthcare or Education sectors.
It is vitally important that^the new Architect, is already at a senior level position, able to network and develop new clients, and undertake presentations on behalf of the company. You will be a hands on Architect, managing your own workload and a team of Architectural Assistants and Technicians.
As an Architect you will possess a good flair for design, both freehand and on CAD, be able to maximise profitability from the projects that you work on, and see all projects from inception through to hand over on site. You will also be required to further develop the practice, and work alongside fellow directors to enhance the reputation and standing of the company.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior level Architect to take the next step to Director level management, whilst profiting through a share holding in the company. An excellent starting salary awaits the right candidate who can demonstrate the ability to win and develop new commissions.
