Our client has completed a wide variety of projects both in the UK and overseas, and is continuing to flourish in the areas of Transport, Urban design, Residential and mixed use projects. Their work in Architecture and Urban design is influenced strongly by thinking through the materials and details at a very early stage. The client has won numerous projects dating back to 1980's right up to the present year.
Due to a new commission in the transport department, our client wishes to employ three new Architects, capable not only of managing a project, but also a team of 4 staff.
Our client is looking for a RIBA qualified Architect with a minimum of 5 years PQE, who has worked on Rail based projects from stages C to full production. It is imperative that you are able to show leadership and management qualities as part of your role will be the effective delegation of work to around 3 to 4 members in your team. Our client would like Architects who have a thorough understanding of construction, building techniques and regs. It is also very important that you are fluent in Microstation, so you able to make a brisk and successful start.
This is a permanent role and the successful candidates can expect a very good starting salary,^and all the support they need. These positions are for an immediate start.
