Our client is one of the UKs most prominent Architectural practices, with offices all over the World. The company is working on some of the Worlds most prestigious projects, along with a multitude of projects based in the UK. The clients portfolio covers Architectural projects in Education, Leisure, Offices, Mixed-use, Retail, Transport, Hotels, Technology and Residential.
Our client has established an reputation for delivering the highest quality BSF projects in the North West. It is due to^these new commissions, that our client now requires two top level Designers with a demonstrable track record in Designing new Educational projects.
As a qualified Architect with excellent design skills, you will have first hand experience of BSFprojects, ranging from bid submissions, design, contracts, right through to managing projects on site. It is essential that you are able not only to manage projects, but also a team of Architectural assistants and technicians.
You will need to show^that you have worked on Educational projects from initial design, right through to hand over on site, and you are able to converse with local authorities, contractors, external consultancies, and fellow employees. You must be able to design with freehand aswell as CAD, and comfortably produce work using AutoCAD or Microstation.
