Our client is based in London and is a chartered architect's practice (RIBA registered) providing creative design solutions for buildings, furniture, products, gardens. They provide a personal and unique, professional, service providing concept design for Residential and Commercial projects.
Due to on going relationships and a lot of repeat commissions in the Residential market, the client is now looking to recruit a contract Architectural Technician to join the company.
The client is after^an Architectural Technician who is able to work on their own and who has an excellent understanding of construction and how buildings are really built. Your role will encompass the production of detailed working drawings, primarily on bespoke new build residential developments.
As an Architectural Technician, ideally you will be ONC/HND qualified, with a demonstrable track record of working on Residential projects, who can produce production information using CAD and also freehand drawing techniques, and who has a really in-depth knowledge of construction and building techniques.
For the right person the company can offer a very long term contract position.
