Our client works from offices in the UK and Europe and is currently engaged on projects covering Education, Commercial, Housing, Leisure and Arts. Our client has built there business from an understanding of their clients needs and aspirations, and they continue to provide commercial expertise, coupled to efficient project management.
Our client is currently seeing an increase in work load and would like to hear from Pt 3 qualified Architects with a knowledge of Social Housing schemes, to initially work on a contract basis for three months.
You role will encompass working on Social Housing projects as well as those outlined above, from initial conception right through to completion. Our client is looking for people who are able to design, but equally have an excellent understanding of how the building goes up.
To be considered for this role you have to be part 3 qualified with a demonstrable track record of working on all of the above projects, or someone who can clearly showthey are able to adapt their skills to work within these sectors. You must be fluent with AutoCAD and able to produce working drawing packages, as well as details, sections, elevations etc etc.
This contract is for 3 months to begin with, but my client is expecting a sharp increase in projects over the coming months, so could carry on to evolve into a permanent position for the right individual.
