Our client is a family run private company who specialise in the development of bespoke one-off properties. Based in the heart of London, the majority of their portfolio of properties are built in the London area.
Due to organic growth of the business over the past 10 years, the company is now in a position to recruit a team of staff to continue the success and on going development of the business.
Our client would like to appoint a Senior Architect who has experience of working on bespoke^properties, but who can also manage a team of 10 staff. You will be employed in the capacity of Design manager, responsible for the overall management of the office and the work that is produced within the office.
As a qualified Architect you must be able to demonstrate a knowledge and appreciation of bespoke properties with the city of London, with an ability to handle clients with professionalism and care.
To be considered for this role you must have a minimum of 10 years PQE, the majority of which has been spent within the Residential market. You must have a clear vision and are able to manage staff and liaise with external consultants, and communicate both written and verbally at all levels. An excellent understanding of CAD is required, and you should be willing to muck in and help other members of the team as and when required.
