Our client is a family run private company who specialise in the development of bespoke one-off properties. Based in the heart of London, the majority of their portfolio of properties are built in the city area.
Due to the organic growth of the business over the past 10 years, the company is now in a position to recruit a team of staff to continue the success and on going development of the company.
Our client would like to appoint an Architectural Technologist or Technician who has experience of working on bespoke properties within the Residential market.
As a qualified Architectural Technologist or Technician you must be able to demonstrate a thorough technical knowledge of Residential projects and be able to produce productioninformation to a very high standard.
To be considered for this role you must have a minimum of 5 years PQE, the majority of which has been spent within the Residential market. It is essential that you have an excellent understanding of construction^and building techniques coupled to a thorough knowledge of CAD. Your role will primarily be to produce working drawings, detailing, elevations sections etc using CAD.
This is an excellent position and is full of potential for the right individual^to assist in the continued growth of a successful privately run company.
