Our client is a multidisciplinary practice with an established reputation in many sectors of work, and have an emerging portfolio of exciting, contemporary projects.
Our client currently has a Residential scheme at design stage, and would like to appoint an experienced Architect or Pt 2, who can demonstrate experience of designing residential projects.
The client would like a Pt 3 Architect or someone qualified to Pt 2, with a minimum of 10 years experience of purely Residential projects. You will be tasked with making adjustments and amendments to Designs already in place, to ensure that the drawings meet current regulations and standards.
As an Architect or Pt 2 Architect, you must be able to show that you have worked on producingResidential designs within your career history, are able to communicate effectively, work as part of a team, and use AutoCAD to a high standard.
This is only a short term contract to start with, but if the right person works hard, is committed toproducing quality work, then there is the chance that the contract would be extended.
