Our client is a bespoke housing developer, with projects based primarily in the North West. They are experiencing an up turn in work and would like appoint a Contract Architectural Technician, who has a demonstrable track record of working for housing developers.
Our client would like an Architectural Technician who has experience of producing house type drawings, material schedules, legal plans, block plans etc.
The candidate must be conversant with AutoCAD and can happily work as part of a^team.
You will not need any formal qualifications, but you must be able to undertake all of the above daily tasks and more if required. This contract is initially for 3 months, and could go on for longer if the work is there.
