Our client is a privately owned Timber framed bespoke housing developer, who provide Design, Engineering and Construction services to self builders aswell as national developers. They are seeing growth in there company and now feels it is time to employee an experienced Technician to assist with this growth.
Our client would ideally like an Architectural Technician with a bespoke housing background, an Architectural Technician who understand timber framed buildings, along with a knowledge ofnormal Residential construction techniques and of course UK building regs.
It is also essential that you have a full working knowledge of AutoCAD, and can work as part of a team of like minded professionals.
This is a great opportunity for an Architectural Technician, to work on some very interesting one off housing projects, in some of the UKs most stunning surroundings.
