Senior Architect

Our client is a forward thinking, large private Architectural practice who have won awards for their excellent Architectural work. They are able to tackle projects of all sizes and complexity. Being established for 30 years has given them time to develop an in-depth knowledge and a wide breadth of experience across Architectural sectors covering Conservation, Commercial, Education, Healthcare, Hotels, Leisure, Offices, Residential, Retail and Transportation. They also have an excellent reputation for their Interior Design, Master planning and Space planning projects.

They are experiencing an increase in possible commissions in the above sectors and now feel it is time to appoint an experienced Architect at a senior level, who can demonstrate an excellent flair for design, whilst being able to manage the project through to completion.

Our client would very much like an Architect who is looking for their next challenge, an Architect with a portfolio as wide and diverse as their own, who has the confidence and ability to deal with clients on a face to face basis, and interpret their ideas into workable projects, and present ideas to their peers and practice Directors.

As an Architect it is essential that you have a track record of completed buildings, that have been designed by yourself, and also managed through to completion by yourself. This is a must to be considered for this role. Our client would also like their new Architect to have experience of discussing projects with CABE, hands on experience of BREEAM assessments to “excellent” standards and extremely well tuned literacy skills.
