Our client was established in 1930 and whom now have offices based across the UK. Their experience and ability, at both national and local level, enable them to deliver high-profile projects on behalf of prestigious clients operating within diverse sectors, including: commercial, office and retail projects, public, judicial, PPP- procured buildings and residential. The early work of the practice, concerning historic buildings and town centres, has been continued and enables us to combine both restoration skills and contemporary design effectively, to meet the specific objectives of every project.
Our client now has an opening for an experienced Project Architect to manage projects within their MoJ sector, delivering Law court developments across the North West.
The client would ideally like an Architect who has demonstrable experience of managing multi-million pound projects, not necessarily Law courts, but someone with experience of leading high value Technical projects.
To be considered for this role you must be a Pt 3 Architect, with experience of working at a senior level, delivering high value projects. You must be able to communicate effectively, with both your peers and external consultants. Present yourself professionally at all times, and provide exceptionally high standards in the work that you undertake. It would be good if you had Microstation skills, but this isn't essential.
